Sandra trained in innovation and work psychology and has previous experience in project management of change and development from his previous work as a consultant. Sandra is very structured and used to plan and manage projects tasks from start to finish.

  • The combination of my education in innovation and work psychology has given me the knowledge of both the organization and the people working in the organization. I think this is positive because we must never forget the people who could be affected by projects that lead to changes in the organization.
     
  • In my previous work as a consultant, I have worked a lot with coordination, project management and support for the project. I also have experience in the optimization and documentation of business processes and evaluations
