With help from Grandezza could the Healthcare IT group take a secure and informed decision about the acquisition they faced. Due diligence with unique breadth showed which factors were business-critical in the current situation, and five years into the future.

The operation was conducted in Central Europe on behalf of an international supplier of IT solutions for healthcare. The Grandezza team quickly identified the factors that determined whether the acquisition would be worthwhile or not. This material resulted in additional long-term approach in that it focused on both current and next five years. This had enabled the customer make the right decisions, which secured their overall business.
