Grandezza is owned by people working in the company. It was previously owned by Grandezza's CEO Lars Gundhe and VP Tomas Andersson. Our strategy is to attract and retain the best consultants in change management.
Grandezza has established a partner program that allows current and new employees to contribute and take responsibility for Grandezza's development, including as an active shareholder. We welcome Peter Öberg, Jan Lindberg and Svein Arne Östevik, senior management consultants in Grandezza, as partners. CEO Lars Gundhe remains the principal owner of the company.
