Marie Björkengren

I am often delighted by all good things already being addressed by the customer. But still there are so much that could be improved.
Marie has extensive experience of working with change. She combines experience from her background as a pedagogue and communications officer with keen analytical skills to support groups and individuals in finding new ways to achieve what they need. Her strength as a change manager is to reach each and everyone about what's important.

— Sometimes I feel like a modern explorer. It is extremely interesting to meet with new people and learn about new organizations. I consider it a privilege to work with groups who take on the challenge of improving their business together.

It really gives me a kick when members of the group understand how things are connected and start to drive forward. That is when that glow appears in the room that makes the trouble with all workshops more than worthwhile. The challenge is, however, not proceed too fast when enthusiasm rules. I always have to check with people and listen to both legitimate views and perhaps unwarranted fears. Otherwise, the good change proposal would not survive.
