Helena Palm, Grandezza, supporting the Maritime Administration's work on uniform terms and concepts in Swedish shipping. Helena, who is terminologist, has in a first step guided the Maritime Administration in the preparation of a new global maritime glossary. The next step is mapped plant information structure in the area.
The glossary contains more than 60 definitions of terms in the shipping lanes and ports aimed at professionals in shipping. The glossary is the basis for the next step in the process, which involves identifying where and how the Administration holds information about routes and their dimensions, restrictions on traffic, etc.
